The ground floor of the villa is located in a recent subdivision, on the owners' land, it is located on the ground floor of the main villa. A private garden is available.
Currently houses are being built in the subdivision but not in the immediate vicinity of the villa, nor directly (not overlooked by the work).
Concernant les enfants en bas âge : une surveillance particulière est demandée aux parents en raison des marches et des enrochements situés en extérieur.

For a short stay (1 to 3 nights), the cleaning fee is €50 (reasonable dirt excluding dishes and trash).For stays beyond 3 nights, the cleaning fee is €100, however the accommodation must be returned in good condition (reasonable dirt excluding dishes and trash).
Payment by bank transfer possible, we do not take credit cards.
